About the GlenLakes MGA
Dues for the MGA are $25 a year if paid by January 31st. After January 31 the dues are $35. These dues allow you to play in all MGA events as well as the Sunday Couple events.
Ron Johnsen sets up League play every Tuesday morning with different formats in effect each week (individual, two-man teams, 4-man teams). Each week you must sign up at the pro shop for play and pay $5--$4 of which is returned each week in prize money and $1 goes into a kitty for the annual Tournament of Champions. The TOC is played in December and is open to the top 32 money winners from the league’s full year of play. The TOC was started in 2004 and has proven to be a big drawing card for members to play in the league and to play often. For Tuesday info click Tuesday
We have the most anticipated, most competitive and most popular--the annual Tin Cup. In this tournament, the MGA and LGA square off in a match play format (don’t worry, spouses CANNOT play against one another).

Member/Member (two MGA members of similar handicap team up to play two days of alternate shot, scramble and best ball against other in their flight).
All of our events are played with handicaps and are in flights so that members can feel comfortable playing men of comparable abilities.
The MGA has a general membership meeting once a quarter--the first Saturday of March, June, September and December (election of officers) and each is a breakfast meeting followed by a round of golf. See Calendar click here : 2010 Calendar
