	SEPARATE LADIES HOLE IN ONE CLUB

Rules:

1. Membership ($5.00--cash, please). Limited to Glenlakes LGA Members.

2. The hole-in-one must be made and witnessed by a minimum of two (2) people at GlenLakes Golf Course. Nine holes must be completed, weather permitting.

3. Any member of the club who makes a qualifying hole-in-one shall receive the entire assets of the “Hole-In-One” Club.
